Hey, Teens! Do you love the library? Do you want to contribute to your community in a meaningful way? Renton Public Library is committed to being a teen-friendly environment. Join our new Teen Advisory Board and exercise your creativity and develop leadership skills. We are currently looking for new members for the Fall 2008 school year. Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of the month.
What a Teen Advisory Board Does:
Help develop teen activities at the library
Help plan special events and programs such as the Teen Summer Reading Program and Teen Read Week
Help select library materials (books, movies, music) for teens
Write book, movie, and music reviews
Help promote the library to other teens
Eat snacks, socialize, and have fun!

Thursday, November 13th, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, December 11th, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
